Dr. Matina Chronopoulou was born in Sparta, Greece, into a family with a rich heritage of herbal knowledge spanning three generations. Her lineage includes traditional healers, midwives, and herbalists, all of whom inspired her path. Guided by Hippocrates’ timeless wisdom, “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food,” Dr. Chronopoulou embarked on a journey to study nutrition and naturopathy. Her quest for holistic health is not only a personal pursuit but also a mission to share nature’s secrets of wellness with others.

As a practicing Naturopathic Doctor, Homeopath, Acupuncturist, and Bioresonance Therapist, Dr. Chronopoulou has been dedicated to natural therapies since the late 1970s. Since 1995, she has led the Centre for Natural Medicine and Acupuncture in Athens, Greece, where she specializes in naturopathic therapeutics, nutritional medicine, lifestyle modification, botanical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, flower essences, and energy medicine.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Chronopoulou is an educator, lecturing and teaching workshops and seminars for professionals. She is particularly passionate about the traditional Mediterranean healing diet and leads herbal walks and retreats in the Greek countryside. Her expertise has been shared worldwide through scientific papers, articles in natural health magazines, and appearances on television and radio. She currently contributes as a columnist for the Huffington Post.

Dr. Chronopoulou also serves as the Director of Naturopathy and Complementary Medicine at Warnborough College
